The 'Revitalising and Lifting Threads' training course is aimed at those who have completed needle mesotherapy training and wish to expand their knowledge and skills to include advanced techniques for working with revitalising and lifting threads. The course is designed for those who want to learn how to effectively use threads for skin improvement, lifting and contouring of the face and body.

Theoretical part of the training
  • Introduction to revitalising and lifting threads:
  • Discuss the differences between revitalising threads and lifting threads.
  • Properties of both types of threads: mechanism of action, revitalising and lifting effects.
  • Indications for revitalising and lifting threads: when and in which cases they are most effective.
  • Contraindications and limitations of thread treatments.
  • Facial and body anatomy in the context of thread application:
  • Detailed analysis of the areas that require the use of revitalising and lifting threads
  • Starting points for lifting procedures: how to appropriately select thread delivery sites according to the client's needs.
  • Course of blood vessels, innervation and skin structures relevant to treatment planning.
  • Revitalising and lifting thread application techniques:
  • Discussion of the different thread insertion techniques (e.g. linear, fan, mesh methods) and their application in different areas of the face and body.
  • Principles of thread selection and application technique depending on the purpose of the treatment: skin revitalisation, lifting, firming, facial contouring. Distribution of the threads in the relevant skin layers: when to choose superficial or deep application.
  • Safety and hygiene of treatments:
  • Principles of aseptics and patient preparation for surgery.
  • Identification of potential complications associated with the procedure and procedures for managing complications.
  • Compliance with hygiene and sterility standards and risk management.


Practical part of the training
  • Demonstration by the instructor: Demonstration of revitalising and lifting thread application techniques on models. The instructor will discuss the step-by-step process of inserting the threads in different areas.
  • Performing treatments on models under the supervision of an instructor:
  • Practical exercises: participants will work individually, applying revitalising and lifting threads, with an emphasis on precision and technique.
  • Exercises including: skin revitalisation, lifting, facial oval improvement, firming and modelling.
  • Each participant will carry out treatments on a variety of models, adapting techniques to the individual client's needs and goals.
  • Clinical case work: Analysis of real cases, discussion of effects, possible difficulties and tips for further post-treatment care.

  • In-depth theoretical knowledge of the properties of revitalising and lifting threads and their application.
  • Advanced thread work techniques: application of revitalising and lifting threads on the face and body.
  • Individual approach by the instructor, detailed discussion of clinical cases, outcomes and post-treatment care.
